Music is one of the most powerful mediums of communication known to man.  The music program at Hyde Park Baptist Church has many facets and has blossomed greatly under the leading of the Holy Spirit.  We strive as a team to glorify the Lord through songs that focus our attention on praising Him in preparation for the morning message.

Once a year the entire church is involved with the presentation of a Christmas cantata (a sacred musical) which includes the Choir.

The Choir is open to all members of the church from 7th grade and older with the ability to sing.  The ability to read music is not required, simply the desire to want to praise the Lord with your singing talent.

The Choir serves at the 10:30 am Sunday Service under the direction of David French.
