Our Mission |

The HPBC provides a
soccer league in order to provide families with an
opportunity for children to participate in a Christ
centered activity. Our goal is to allow children
to play and compete in a Christian atmosphere, and for
the parents to have fellowship. We desire our
players as well as families to realize Jesus Christ
should be the center of our lives. We encourage
this through prayer, and a short challenge from God's
Word before practices and games, and a concluding Award
Ceremony, that has a Christ centered object lesson. |

and play only on Saturdays. |

In consideration of others, HPBC requests no pets on church property.

Age
4 and 5 year olds @ 9:00 - 10:00 AM |

Generally for
ages 4-5 years old. An opportunity for children to be
introduced to soccer. They will learn the basics of
kicking and trapping, not using their hands, the object
of the game, and introducing them to the field
(sidelines, end lines, and goals). They will also
be introduced to the importance of "stretching"
(calisthenics). The emphasis will be on learning
the skills of the game. |

6, 7, and 8 year olds @ 10:15 - 11:15 AM |

For ages 6 -
8 year olds. This age group will be broken up into
two groups. This will depend on the number of
players. The Players will continue to learn the
basics of soccer. They will also play on smaller
fields with less field players. This will allow
the children to participate in the game like atmosphere
and to be more involved in the game. The emphasis
will be on learning the skills of the game. |

9 - 13 year olds @ 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM |

The players
will continue to learn the skills of the game, as well
as the importance of stretching before playing. They
will also be taught the strategy of different field
positions and the strategy of the game. They will play
on the main field. |

Fall Soccer Fee: $40 per
child.
Families with 3 or more
children playing receive a family discount and pay $100 maximum fee.
Please sign up by August
13, 2013. After this date there will be a $15 late fee.
Church member $20 per
child, 3 or more $50.
