Tuesday Night Men’s Bible Study

Mission Statement

Teacher: Pastor Richard Buccio

The intent and vision of the Men’s Tuesday Night Bible Study (at Hyde Park Baptist Church) is to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 3:18) All men (beginning at age thirteen) are invited to participate in an in-depth study of various books and topics from God’s Word.  This hour long gathering will be a place whereby:

­The Bible will be read.

­Scripture will be expounded (based on doctrinal issues that represent beliefs of HPBC).

­Christ will be exemplified in attitude and action (especially by the leader).

­Men will congenially meet (and spiritually younger men will gain Godly insights from spiritually older men.)

­All men (who thirst) will grow in the Lord (as individuals, as well as, a group of believers like-minded)

­God (and only God) will receive glory.

If any of these guidelines were not to be followed, may God then quickly disband this fellowship.
